This single visit offers an introduction to lifestyle medicine. It is great for individuals looking for a personalized and comprehensive care plan to level up your health and wellness.
This appointment will focus on lifestyle interventions, health maintenance, and preventative whole person care. Together with your practitioner you will create a care plan to enhance your current wellness practices. This visit does not include any lab orders or review.
Virtual or in office
This 2 part visit is for those ready to take the plunge head first and deep dive into their functional medicine journey. It is unlike any other medical visit you may have experienced. This visit is typically 60-80 minutes long, you will enjoy unhurried time to share the details of your history.
Your appointment will include an advanced assessment that includes a physical exam, medication review, nutritional and lifestyle assessment, and appropriate functional and health screening labs. During the first visit, we will create a comprehensive care plan for getting started.
Office visit
During the second visit, we will review lab results, evaluate and update the current treatment plan, and discuss appropriate follow-ups.
