How do I get started with Right Spot Wellness?

Welcome to your first step toward a healthier, happier you! To begin your journey with us, you can easily book a consultation here or give our friendly team a call. We’ll be happy to schedule you with one of our expert practitioners and answer any questions you might have.

Do you accept insurance?

As a self-pay practice, we are considered "out-of-network" for most insurance plans. While we don’t accept insurance directly for most services, we do offer a detailed bill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits. For information about your specific benefits, please contact your insurance provider before your appointment.

How do I pay for services?

We strive to make our care accessible and convenient. You can pay using cash, check, HSA/FSA cards, or choose from various payment plans like Care Credit, Cherry, and AfterPay.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We value your time and aim to serve all our patients efficiently. To help us do this, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy:

48-Hour Notice: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you miss your appointment without notice, a 20% fee of the visit cost will apply.

What should I do before my first visit?

Before your first appointment, please complete all new patient intake forms. Bring a list of all medications and supplements, including prescriptions and over-the-counter items, as well as any relevant health records.

Are lab tests and imaging included with my appointment?

Lab tests and imaging may be needed to identify the root cause of your health concerns. If your provider orders these, please note that they are not included in your appointment fee. Most imaging and some lab tests may be covered by insurance, so check with your plan provider for details. For functional medicine labs, which are often considered elective, fees can range from $250-$550. We will inform you of any associated costs before proceeding with any tests.

How can I reach you after hours?

Our providers are available during business hours only.

For non-urgent matters, you can send messages through your patient portal or use our web chat feature on our website. We will respond within 48 hours.

For emergencies, please call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
